Service Description

Starts at $3,500 as a Day of Planner and Wedding Planners. We will handle all of the wedding day timeline, planning advice and guidance. We will have a meeting two-three months prior to wedding day but will make the couple do the pre-wedding footwork. • Day of Coordination • Planning Progress Meeting & Venue Visit • Review Signed Contracts and Confirm Vendor Logistics • Creation and Management of Event Timeline • Meet Venue Coordinator & Other Vendors • Manage Wedding Day Schedule • Final Walk-Through with Venue • Event Day Management and Oversight • Delivery & Setup of all Personal Items • Creation of a Floor Plan for the Wedding Reception • Manage Delivery and Setup of all Wedding Day Vendors • Coordination of Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception ALSO INCLUDES: • Assist with 4 Vendor Selections, Contracts & Negotiations • Lead Planner and Assistant Wedding Planner on-site Wedding Day • Partial Design Decision Assistance • Management of Vendors, & Payments • Onsite Consultation and Supervision of Venue and Vendor Selection & Contract • Wedding Attire Management • RSVP Management & Seating Chart Setup • Bridal Party Management • Unlimited Phone Call and Emails
